For whom?

Does therapy work for me?

Almost everyone encounters certain obstacles in life. The question is whether you have the right tools to deal with those obstacles in a good way. When you’re looking for psychological help, you have probably noticed you’re missing a certain tool from your toolbox. This can concern many things. That’s why I’m glad to help you look for what you need.

Chances are that therapy can help you, too. This depends on several factors. In the first place, it is important that you are willing and open to learning new skills. What’s also important, is the connection with the psychologist. We will therefore use the first few sessions to investigate what exactly I can help you with.

Which complaints?

You can get in touch with any type of complaint here at Psychy. After your initial application, we will plan an intake, where we look at your help question and what I can do for you. I have extra expertise considering identity issues, neurodiversity and questions surrounding gender identity, sexual orientation and (queer) relationships.

I’m still doubting…

That makes a lot of sense. Maybe you haven’t had great experiences in mental healthcare before or with another psychologist or coach. Maybe this is the first time you’re making this step, and are you feeling stressed or don’t quite know what to expect. You can therefore always send me a non-committal message with questions you may still have before we plan an intake. A short introduction over the phone is also possible – this is free. I’d be happy to help figure out whether Psychy could be a good option for you.

Inclusive therapy

Psychy also offers consultations to psychologists, coaches, companies, interested individuals etc. on inclusivity and diversity. Get in touch to discuss the possibilities.
